All clients pay a minimum monthly retainer of $225 to access our services.

This retainer includes up to 30 recorded bank, credit card, and other financial transactions, up to 5 monthly reports, and up to 3 bank account reconciliations and 1 credit card account reconciliation.

Items in excess of this are charged at varying rates depending on the excess item. We can discuss all pricing during your free consultation and all price points will be clearly defined in your Client Services Agreement.

Additionally, Antarctica can provide the following services:

1. Payroll via QuickBooks Online Payroll (or an established outsourced payroll provider).

2. 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC Preparation through QuickBooks Online

3. Budgeting & Financial Reports via established excel templates if necessary

4. Migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online (Antarctica only services clients via QuickBooks online but can facilitate the migration if client is currently using QuickBooks Desktop).

5. Setup of new QuickBooks Online account, and Chart of Accounts

6. Bookkeeping catch-up of Year-To-Date or multiple years.

Charges for these items will be discussed during your free consultation and all price points will be clearly defined in your Client Services Agreement.
